The Definition of Insanity

Albert Einstein quoted that the definition of insanity “Is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results”

How many more times are you going to keep attempting that same crash diet losing a large amount of weight in the beginning to then only to put it back on again?

I’ve been there myself making all these dieting mistakes many times over, going in with the all or nothing approach only to fall off track and feel fed up & frustrated yet again.

I was losing motivation because I’ve been training far too much. I was having massive binge outs because I’ve aggressively restricted calories too much.

Only to give up until I had the motivation to repeat it all over again. Crazy isn’t it!

Does this sound familiar to you? Comment below with your experiences.Do you want to change this and take back control?

I know I did!

So I changed the way I went about it all. I spent time learning more, trying different things. Now I feel I’ve got it, and so do the clients that have worked with me.

The advice I would give if you are wanting a body transformation.

Listen to what you are saying. Stop making excuses for yourself. They will come to the point you get bored of your bullshit and at that point is when change starts to take place, and results begin to show.

Yes, you are going fuck up not just once but many times over falling off track. The secret is how quickly you get back on track.

The sad part is most of you will read this and continue repeating the same over and over and expect a different result.

Again Crazy eh.

All the information you need is out there with a click of a button. But knowing what to do and doing it are two completely different things.

Having a coach to steer you away from making these mistakes and keep you accountable is gold dust.

Now I ask you this! Is this year going to be the same as last year? Unhappy and frustrated by the lack of results or is 2019 going be the year you get in the best shape of your life?
